How does a 360 photobooth work?
Unlike traditional photo booths that capture still, front-facing photos, a 360 video booth (also known as a 360 spin booth, infinity booth, or 360 camera booth) uses a rotating camera to film your guests from every angle as they stand on a raised platform.
Our advanced software then transforms the footage into stunning, slow-motion video clips—ready to be instantly shared to your phone.
How much space is needed to set up the 360 spin booth?
We typically require a flat, dry, and level area around 3.0m x 3.0m with access to a nearby power outlet. If space is tight, don’t worry—we’re flexible and always find a way to make it work!
How long does it take to set up the 360 photo booth?
On average, setup takes about 1.5 hours, though this can vary depending on the location and access at the venue or home.
Can the 360 booth be used outdoors?
Yes—but there are a few considerations. If the event is during the day, we’ll need a shaded area to protect our gear, staff, and your guests from harsh sunlight or rain.
For late afternoon or evening events, shade isn't necessary—unless it’s raining.
How do guests receive their 360 videos?
We provide an on-site sharing station right next to the booth where guests can instantly send their videos to their phones via SMS or QR code.
How many people can fit on the 360 platform at once?
Our booth is one of the largest available—we can comfortably fit 4 to 5 people on the platform at a time.
Can the 360 videos be customised for our event?
Absolutely! We can add a custom overlay to each video, featuring names, dates, logos, or event-themed graphics to match your style.
What does the hire time include?
If you book the booth for 3 hours, for example, that means the booth will be operational and available to your guests for a full 3 hours.
Setup and pack-down time are not counted in your hire time—they’re completely free of charge.
Will there be someone to run the booth?
Yes! A friendly and professional attendant will stay on-site the entire time to operate the booth, assist guests, and ensure everything runs smoothly.
How do I book?
You can either book online or get in touch for a custom quote and booking.
Corporate clients who require payment by invoice—no problem! Just shoot us an email, and we’ll get an invoice issued for you right away.
What are the booking conditions?
- a $250 deposit is required to lock in your preferred date, time, and booth—this ensures no one else can book your slot. (reminder emails to pay in full will be sent out within 7 days of the event)
- The deposit is non refundable if the booking is cancelled within 7 days of the event
- If the balance is not paid in full by the cut off period (3 days before the event), the client will forfeit their deposit
- Last-Minute Online Bookings (Within 7 Days), require you to pay in full up front at checkout.
What are the delivery conditions?
- We offer free delivery and installation up to 30kms from the Geraldton CBD
- We then charge $2 per kilometer after that area limit (example: For an event in Dongara being 64kms from the Geraldton CBD, we would charge for 34kms = $68)
- A separate invoice charging for the distance will be issued upon booking if the event is outside the area limit.
What if the time slot I want is not available?
Can’t find your ideal time slot on the booking calendar? No worries! Just send us an email with the time you'd like your package to start—for example, if you’re looking to book the 2-hour package from 3 PM to 5 PM but only see a 2 PM to 4 PM slot, reach out! If we’re available, we’ll confirm your preferred time.
